Islands Verfassungs-Crowdsourcing

Island, die krisengeschüttelte Insel im Nordmeer mit ihren 300.000 Einwohnern, erneuert seine Verfassung, und zwar auf eine ziemlich einzigartige Weise: total transparent, total partizipativ, alle dürfen mitreden, alles ist öffentlich, die Partei- und Fraktions-Mächtigen halten sich total raus. Klingt wie eine Mischung aus Thomas Morus, Solon von Athen und Elterninitiativkindergarten.

Kann das überhaupt funktionieren?

Ich fahre am Sonntag hin, bleibe zwei Tage, schaue mir das alles an und schreibe für die WELT am SONNTAG auf, was es damit auf sich hat.
