  <abstract displayLabel="Summary">One of the main goals of the EU’s Digital Services Act is to advance transparency about online platforms. Article 40 seeks to do so by providing researchers with access to data about Very Large Online Platforms and Search Engines. This was one of three grounds for its €120 million enforcement against X. This post will examine the legal scope of available data.</abstract>
