János Kis kommt nach Berlin

Wer sich für den hier in extenso behandelten ungarischen Verfassungsgebungsprozess interessiert, dem sei ein Termin nächste Woche ans Herz gelegt:

János Kis wird auf Einladung des WZB Rule of Law Center an der Humboldt-Uni einen Vortrag halten mit dem Titel “The Hungarian Constitutional Crisis – Constitutional Consolidation or Threat to European Values?”

Kis ist ein außerordentlich faszinierender Mann. In den 80er Jahren war er einer der führenden Dissidenten und Herausgeber einer der wichtigsten Untergrundzeitungen. Er ist ein weltberühmter Sozialphilosoph, lehrt in Budapest und New York, hat Kant und Fichte ins Ungarische übersetzt und gehört zu den schärfsten Kritikern des Orbán-Regimes und ihrer Verfassung. Ich habe ihn in Budapest für die FAZ ausführlich interviewt.

Die Veranstaltung findet am Donnerstag, 12. Mai, um 14 Uhr in der HU, Unter den Linden 6, statt (Raum 3031). Hingehen!
