David Leek

David Leek obtained his PhD in Political Science from Deakin University, Melbourne (Australia). His doctoral thesis examined the experiences, narratives and consequences of the Second Sudanese Civil War (SSCW) among diaspora South Sudanese from the moment of their displacement to their settlement in Australia and beyond. He is an expert in Sudanese studies by virtue of academic relevance to the former united Sudan between the period of 1956 to 2011.
