Filibuster und Schuldenbremse tragen auf beiden Seiten des Atlantiks zu gesetzgeberischem Versagen bei. Dieses Versagen ist eine der Ursachen für die antidemokratischen Tendenzen. Die Entwicklungen der vergangenen Jahre in den USA sollten dem demokratischen Spektrum in Deutschland Warnung sein.
