Arne Pautsch is a lawyer and professor of public law and municipal sciences at the Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences. He is also co-director of the Ludwigsburg Democracy Institute (LDI), whose research focuses, among other things, on direct democracy and citizen participation.
