Danielle Anne Pamplona is Professor at the Post-Graduate Law Programme at the School of Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná-Brazil; Visiting Scholar at the American University (2015-16); Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (2019) and the Bonavero Institute for Human Rights (2022); and Co-President of the Global Business and Human Rights Scholars Association.
