Giacomo Menegus is a Research Fellow in Constitutional Law at the University of Macerata (Italy). He holds a Ph.D. in European Union Law and National Legal Systems obtained from the University of Ferrara and has recently completed a research period at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security, and Law (Freiburg i.B.)
