Christoph Kinz is a senior civil servant at the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. He has been working there in the Police and Criminal Justice Division since 2020. Prior to that, he spent several years as a public prosecutor in the district of the Hamm Public Prosecutor’s Office and at the Federal Office of Justice, working in the Federal Central Register division.
