Ingo Wolfgang Sarlet is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Munich (LMU) and is a former Judge of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
