Fünf Gründe, nächste Woche gespannt nach Washington zu schauen

Das Constitutional Accountability Center hat in ihrem Blog präzise zusammengefasst, warum das Verfahren “Citizens United vs. FEC” (hier schon kurz behandelt) alle Aufmerksamkeit verdient, die es bekommen kann. Auch unsere diesseits des Atlantik, darf ich hinzufügen, im Interesse aller Deutschen, die das “yes-we-can”-Video auf YouTube und Obamas Inauguration im Fernsehen mit tränenfeuchten Augen angeschaut haben. Am 9. September verhandelt der Supreme Court über diese Landmark-Entscheidung zur Wahlkampffinanzierung.
