Sven T. Siefken is Professor of Political Science at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences in Brühl, Germany, and Adjunct Faculty at the Hertie School in Berlin. Siefken is vice chair of the Research Committee of Legislative Specialists in the International Political Science Association and editor of the German Journal for Parliamentary Affairs (Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen).
