Italien: Homo-Ehe bleibt verboten

Der italienische Oberste Gerichtshof will das Homo-Ehe-Verbot nicht für verfassungswidrig erklären. Die Entscheidung fiel gestern. Die näheren Gründe liegen noch nicht vor.

P.S.: Auf Italienisch, dieser Sprache der Poeten, heißt gleichgeschlechtlich “dello stesso sesso”. Wunderbar.

    Richtig so!

    Ich habe nie verstanden, wieso der Staat die Ein-Ehe privilegiert. Ich wäre gerne
    mit mehreren Frauen verheiratet.

    Wenn man hier aus Freiheitsrechten heraus argumentiert, muß man auch die Vielweiberei zulassen, oder?
